What is your return policy?
If not completely satisfied, you have 10 days from the
date of receipt to return any item or items. You will be credited the
amount minus $50 or 10% which ever is greater and any shipping charges.
Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. No unauthorized
returns will be accepted. Please contact us prior to returning any
items.
What happens if my tile is damaged
during shipping?
You must notify us within
3 business days from date of receipt. We will ship another at our own
expense. You must keep damaged item and packaging for shipper's
inspection.
What kind of tile do you use?
We use American Olean tile,
Daltile, Rialto, Tumbled Marble and Glass. This tile is widely available
at Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers and most tile stores. You may also
purchase matching field tile from us. If you choose American Olean tile,
all of your tile will match. We will also use your own tile by request.
What are the American Olean product numbers?
For white gloss: 4 ¼" SL10 6"

What if I don’t want to use any of the tile offered?
We will put your design on any tile that you want. All you need to do
is call us. Then you will just send the required number of tiles to us,
plus extras. We will put your design on them and return the mural in a
matter of days.
How long does it take to get my ceramic tile murals (or accents)?
Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days. However, please allow up to
3 weeks. Orders are then shipped UPS ground unless other requested.
What if I need my tile sooner?
Please call our toll free number 1-800-590-4976 and
tell us. In most cases we can rush your order for a nominal fee
.
What happens if I only want a back splash over my stove (I would
not be tiling the rest) of the wall?
Just call us. We can place your mural design on bullnose tile (small
additional charge) so that the edges will be finished or advise other
options such as ceramic chair rail.
Can the size of the murals be changed?
We have many, many sizes to choose from and may be able to alter the
sizes of many of the murals we have.
I still don’t see what I want. Can you still help me?
We have new designs every day and can use any picture or poster.
